SIMS 4: Loading Screen not loading when travelling

Hi there, 

So i did what you suggested and it still happens. 

I have CC hairstyles that's all with no mods in my game.

@ElC_xox  Again, does this happen no matter where your sims travel?  Or can they travel to some lots or worlds but not others?

    I seems to happen when I travel to certain lots only.
