Sims 4 parenthood issue/release - NOW AVAILBLE

Hello, i spoke to someone earlier about the sims 4 parenthood and not having the option to buy it. I was guaranteed that i would have it on the 30th as it was promised, it is now the 31st and i still have no option, this is false advertising and im very dissapointed, upset and angry.

Australians should have the right to have it on the day it releases as promised.

I've spoken to three members of EA support and with that ive also waited for 9 hours on hold and then had another ea help chat person rudely end the chat.
This is unfair and as i said its not what you've promised by stating it will be released WORLDWIDE on the 30TH.

    Thanks for the links and reply @crinrict. When I arrived home after 10pm I was able to view and download it on orgins. I am happy they were able to get their act together before the end of the day. Just still wish for a better support team for cases like this, just feel like there should Simmers/Orgins customers should have been provided more direct or personal updates when the anticipation is a big part of their marketing strategy. How can I properly make a complaint and provide feedback to Origins????
