@RedRidingHood22 The "game loading in progress" error is typically related to an outdated mod, so please remove your entire Mods folder, as a test. You don't need to save your progress.
If you can't download the newest patch, which is currently 1.108.329, not 289, please try repairing the game. That should give you the latest version. You can confirm at the Main Menu, in the lower-right corner. Let me know what issues remain after that.
