Sims 4 Widenburg Issue

I recently bough 'get together' and in my save file I am not able to access Widenburg. When i go to manage worlds and click on widenburg it shows an empty map, not empty lots and no buildings. I can't do anything. It loads up, and it doesn't show a white screen like everyone else's that I have been reading about. I have mods and CC, but I have had the mods for a long time. The CC is newly downloaded for me, but i only have a couple of CC items. Meaning I have 1 sim downloaded from Patreon and some hairs downloaded from the Sims Resource. I have deleted useless CC like random items or EA No Eyelashes CC, even deleted all of my sliders. I have tried to get rid of my mods, and I have repaired the game. I realized it is the save file itself, when i created a new save and went to widenburg it was loaded up with all of the buildings. I was hoping someone would have a solution because I don't want to abandon this original save file.

    That you say you have had your mods for a long time is a good indication that they are likely broken. You need to update you mods and CC whenever the game is updated or that the author has cleared them.

    Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game in a new save.
    If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.
