sims doesn't finish task

I was just trying to get my Sim do their homework. They started doing them but after like 5 Sim minutes the action was cancelled. I tried it again, same issue.

I created a whole new sim in a new game file, same issue.

I then looked up what the problem might be and completely removed the old save files and started anew. The same problem occured.

I am usig around 10GB of cc and played a good amount of time with it and that porblem never happen. I then removed the mod folder from my files and besides my sims looking horrendus nothing has changed and I still have the same issue that if they star a task they stop halfway. If its fishing, practice singing, sleeping, cooking or doing homework the action gets cancelled midway. It's also extremly annoying to make them do the same action over and over again. 

No idea how to reset the sims to the standart settings, since I don't have a extra storage device where I could save the sims game file. 

I also REALLY dont wanna reinstall the sims and all 66 add ons I have for it, since it literally took me 3 days to download everything.

Does anyone have solutions because im pretty much desperate.
