Sims entering residential area

Question

I have a 64x64 lot, I understand it is a lot to handle but my small business is outdoors activities. Why are my sims entering the house? I have bathrooms, beds, toys, everything any random sim could need in the public labeled building. Pink rooms everywhere, my residential, blue NOT EVEN YELLOW

I am just mad confused, I don't even play with mods on this save. Is this a new glitch with all the other problems from the new update? I haven't played since the update so this may have been answered a while ago.

open. when i close it theyre stuck in the house since they aren't visitors
