Sims holding bowl upside down

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? Recent (not sure)
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Most of them.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Make your sim try to make food or eat.
What happens when the bug occurs? They hold the bowl upside down.
What do you expect to see? I try to make the sim get some food, then they hold the serving upside down for a good few minutes before finally holding it upwards/properly.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

The main issue, bug/glitch, is that my sims are holding their bowls upside down. 

I don't know why they're doing that. It's pretty weird. 

Additional information

• This always happens. There is never a time this doesn't happen. 
• I try to make the sim get some food, then they hold the serving upside down for a good few minutes before finally holding it upwards/properly.
• I don't have mods, but do you think since I just downloaded Lovestruck, it's glitching? High-school years used to do that, so that is my educated guess.
