Sims not sleeping

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Snowy escape, cottage living, discover university, eco lifestyle, city living, seasons, island living, high school years, growing together
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to get sim to sleep by clicking on the bed and saying 'sleep'
What happens when the bug occurs? I try to get my sim to go sleep, they get into bed, then hop out immediately. This happens multiple times.
What do you expect to see? My sim going to sleep until their sleep need is full
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
My sim keeps jumping up after I command them to sleep and will not sleep. This has happened on multiple lots. After I have downloaded lots off the gallery, so this might potentially be linked?
