Sims quitting after giving them a bonus.

Exactly like the title says, I had 3 sims and because it's Winterfest in my game, I gave them a bonus.  Yes they're working on a holiday, but they worked on Harvestfest, and no one quit. Also, the sim that stayed has the lowest relationship with my sim, I was friends with the other 2. IDK if its a bug or just bad luck on my part :(
