Sims suddenly change appearence

Notice after last update today that my sim all of sudden got a whole new appearence randomly when I was playing her. I do play on pc and do not use any mods at all on my game and it happened randomly. 

First it was not changed in the panel one and it was showing the real sim, but then as I was playing now all of sudden my sims changed in the panel but stayed the right way when you see the playing character. It is just so confusing that my sims changed without me putting her in a change nor that I have set to have both male and female appearences nor did I know that a sim can have the mail-delivering peoples clothing.

Hope that this will be helped and sorted out as I would love to play, but I am guessing I am going to wait until my sims are not bugged because yesterday I set in a ticket for the mean sims interaction bug and now this today.
