Please test your issue on a vanilla game
To verify on a vanilla game, move your mods folder to the desktop and delete the following files from your user folder.
- localthumbcache
- Any lastException Files
- Any LastCrash files.
Test a backup of your save as you will loose all cc on the save and see if the same error occurs, then report back.
Also, did they not go back to work at all or just not the next day and it worked again after that ? There's a few work related issues currently so the more details you can give the better.
