Slow social menu

So I was playing my game fine one day then the next (did not add anything new or change anything) I opened the game and when I clicked on a sim to talk it took 10 seconds to pull up the menu. If I click on babies it’s around 3 seconds. I disabled all my mods and cc and went in and it didn’t change. I clear my cache and started a new save and it’s the same thing. Any suggestions please
