hi i have noticed this on my game only in snow escapes and here and there in cas how to fix it thank you in advance

Hi there @Becky678 I'm sorry you're having an issue, I can't quite make out the problem in the image. I wonder if you could place more ceiling lights in the room to brighten it and add another image for us please and if you could add an explanation to point us in the right direction. That would be great. Then we'll try and get to the bottom of what's going on with your game. You mentioned it's in CAS too so an image from there would be great too.
Could you also tell us what platform you are on please is it Xbox/Playstation or on PC with mods or CC. Thanks.
