So many random sims keep spawning at my residential lot since the new update

As the title says all of these sims keep spawning on my sim's lot. This is a brand new save I'm playing with the new Business and Hobbies pack. They'll spawn and just stand around outside, had to loc...

Did you fix this? I'm having the same problem since the last update and I tried to repair the game and remove mods and nothing worked😭

I have no idea how but it just resolved on its own? 😅😭 The only thing I could suggest is the 50/50 thing, like removing mods and putting in one at a time to test and see which one may be causing that to happen. It sucks but is one of the only solutions when a lot of people haven't had this issue already or at least haven't talked about it
