Ok, it seems like after August update (1.108.349.1220), deleting old Origin files from ~/Library folder and reinstalling game the problem is solved.
There is no LE during game launch, and I can play my game again.

Oh interesting! Which specific files and were they Origin or EA App? I have manual reset guides for both Origin and EA App that trash all the relevant files in ~/Library and /Library but it would be helpful to know which precise files you had to trash to get rid of the LE.
