Something we absolutely need in the Sims4 !!!

Who never be frusted or deceive, when you saw a beautiful place for your house or others, and you can't change it an another type of place❓ example; Windenburg(3), SanMyshuno(1), Copperdale(2), Strangerville(1), ect

I know, its complicate remove the restriction of special place without causing some issues or bugs cause of them differents properly stories and events, also know and agree with the fact, the stories wont be erase of the game . So i propose this, who will make all happy for sure; adding an option in the game settings. Like the option for neighborhood stories. In that way, player have the choice if they want enable or not, the restrictive place and there's special stories. 

Enable: like now, so with stories on and type of place who can't be change.

Disable: the stories are paused or removed, the type of special places can be change (example for residential),

example: when disable, the scripts of the special place be the same of the normal place and when enable there turn again like we actually know them.
