Stairs inappropriately placeable on diagonal portion of octagonal flat room

Could you maybe add a video how you got this to place this way ?

Is Mccc the only mod/cc you're using ? When you removed it the mods folder was empty but the resource.cfg file ?

Juse tried again and I can't reproduce the issue.
