Stuck In Magnolia Park

Update: I've figured out a way to travel out, but still unable to move around in the Park itself. Also, anywhere else I try to go except my house crashes the game, closing it at the loading screen.

did you never have mods/cc or remove them ?

Does the issue come back on a new save or is it just that one save game ? Do you still have the original park or replaced it ?

I've never had any mods/cc, and it's happening on every new game I start. This is happening in the original park.

Try the following

• Close the game
• Rename Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 to Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4_Old
• Repair the game
• Start the game. All your content will be gone now as the game created a new folder. All your saves/.. is still in the old folder so not to worry. 
• Start a new save game
• Check if you still have the error
• Report back with your results for further steps on how to get your stuff back.

Sorry, I'm not sure what you mean by repair the game. If it helps, I've installed it through steam, so would there be any differences to how I repair it?

On Steam it's verify integrity of game file

For Steam:

1. Close the game
2. Right Click on the game in your library
3. Choose Properties
4. Choose tab Installed Files
5. Press Verify Integrity of Game Files
