Stuck on loading screen..

I play on Windows 11. My last play was maybe July 10th, after the update which worked fine. Well since the weekend of July 19th or so, I keep getting stuck on the second loading screen. The main menu...
loading times
never cc or mods

    1. Load another family
    2. Load the family that has the issue
    3. Save the game
    4. Close the game (completely)
    5. Start game
    6. Resume save

So I looked in the folder you said to check and the only thing I saw similar was "lastUIException" from January and there are 2 files.
