@Bentleylove you can see under the water when snorkelling by using first person camera.
Mac & Windows: Shift + Tab.
PS4: Press and hold R3 controller button.
Xbox One: Press and hold RS controller button (stick).
Repeat the same process to exit first person camera. It's great for snorkelling and horse riding but unfortunately not possible while scuba diving.
I'd love surfing to be added too! We had a surfing machine in Sims 2 that was a lot of fun.
