Once I place a tattoo I can get out of CAS

I am getting the same issue when offering to do custom tattoos instead of the other options, the other options seem to work fine but as soon it goes into CAS for the custom ones, and you design a tattoo, and try clicking the play button, it doesn’t do anything so you’re basically stuck in CAS and the only option is to cancel/exit. The game itself doesn’t freeze or anything like that, the tick button/play button just doesn’t work if that makes any sense!
are you on console as well ?

To be sure as it's a bit unclear if OP has the same issue, you're not using mods/cc ? Do you only have issues with tattoos given through the tattoo table or also if you add a new tattoo in CAS without that ?
