The game does not work - greyed out start up , white screen

First, the in game ad at start up is greying out my screen. Meaning, i cannot enter any save files or close the game in the start up page.  Then I go to the new world that came with the fairies expa...

sheghoul​  The white screen when loading the new world is typically caused by T.O.O.L., and there's a master thread for the issue here:
