The Maids are only cleaning the first floor.

Question

Hello fellow Bust The Dust users,I noticed that whenever my Sims hire a maid, the dust on the other floors than the ground floor always gets ignored. Is this normal, and is there something my Sims could do to persuade the their hired maids to clean the whole house and not just the ground floor? I'm very close to renounce making my Sims live in multi-story houses.&nbsp;Neatest wishes to you all

is this when you actively playing the house and see the maid or when you get the 'maid cleaned your house while you're away message ?
Any mods/cc ?
