The Natures Calling event won’t let me claim my rewards

I got the same error yesterday. I am very mad as well.

mine says the same and i don’t know how to fix it. i want my reward items though

Glad it’s not just me, I’m going nuts trying to work out what is happening. 
checked connection, restarted etc 

nothing is working. 

Literally started doing it to me about 3 days ago. I’ve been trying any and everything to fix it with zero luck. Honestly it’s somewhat relieving to know that I’m not the only one.

SO frustrating!!!! I tried literally everything…. I really hope it'll get sorted soon! Hopefully since multiple people are having this issue happen, we’ll get our items sooner than later! :,)

yeah i’ve been experiencing this for the past 2 weeks now. and my game is up to date 

Same thing is happening to me on console!!! I'm literally playing online and cannot claim my rewards from the event. Same error message keeps popping up that y'all are getting that I'm not online.

I was having the same issue, for weeks now. I fixed it today! I play on Xbox, so the specifics might be a little different, but this is what I did:

• Go into game options in-game, make sure your EA account is connected. I had to accept a new user agreement. Game restarted.
• Still wasn't working, so I went online to ea.com and signed into the website with my Xbox account info.
• Restarted my Xbox, force quit TS4, then opened it again. Now I can claim my items!!

Yes omg I am having the same problem, I’m playing on Xbox is anyone else??? I tried every solution in google and nothing is working it have been happening for like a week, I can’t open the gallery or claim event rewards, is there a solution?

Having the same issue! I’m logged in with EA but it’s just not letting me claim anything, or even do the missions! I can’t craft the reclaimed wood table or listen to the soundscapes radio because I’m “not connected” 🙃🙃🙃 I’m mad too

This is the fix! On the PS5 I had to click a link from the Sims 4 Home Screen like “Learn More” on any of the updates. It would ask if I wanted to open a window online and you go to EA.com. I logged into EA from that window and when I loaded the family I wanted to play, I was still logged in.

Same problem. I was able to get 2 of the rewords, but now i cant get any more. I looked at the home screen & couldn't find anything helpful. I hope this is fixed soon. The event is almost over.

I was also having this problem. It kept showing me that i was  logged in, and had internet connection but kept getting the same msg when i tried to collect the rewards. On ps4 I fixed the issue by logging out of my ea account and just did a quick password reset while I was at it. Once I logged back into my account I was able to collect the rewards.  Hope this helps.
