The receptionist at Willow Creek hospital won’t do their job!!!

Question

On CONSOLE so I have absolutely no mods whatsoever. every time I have a sim go to work as the doctor the receptionist just sits there on the computer surfing the web or playing games. The lobby is full of Sims, waiting to be checked in. All the beds are empty, but Shorty just won’t admit the patients. &nbsp;I have changed the computer and the chair and she still won’t do her job and it’s very time-consuming having to admit my patience one by one to complete the task.

Hi DimonnnTi&nbsp;
in the doctor career, NPCs are mainly set decoration. There are a few interactions you can do with them and other doctors do play a role in the lower levels and orderlies do make beds once you advance (iirc)
Your Sim basically needs to do everything. So you need to click on the Sims and admit them and then go from there. It's a bit frustrating as you will always have a line but that's how it works.
