Time Problem

I open this ticket after chatting with EA support. I was told to repost here to get an answer.

I'm having problems with temporal misalignment. Although I have already tried to repair the game; delete the folder and have it recreated clean; delete the saves; the problem persists. The sims if I don't command them stay frozen, when I give a command they take a lot of time (for example hours to cook), they go to school at noon instead of 8 and come back at midnight (idem problems to get to and from work), the events don't start or start and end at slose times. The expansions I own are: Dogs and cats, city life, life in the countryside, at work, we grow up together, high school life, holiday celebration, stove frenzy, life on the island, laundry day, my first animal, paranormal phenomena, parental life, seasons, snowy oasis, vampires and werewolves. Initially I thought it was a problem related to the gallery (I had downloaded a school building and from there it all started) but even if I deleted, restored, eliminated everything continues... I don't know how to do it anymore, I still spent a lot of money and not being able to play it is frustrating.
