    If you haven’t tried repairing your game, try doing that. Also when you reset your game, did you try it with a new sims 4 folder without any mods, and the issue remained then? I am just checking that it was you did.

Yes I've played the reset with and without mods and it hasn't made a difference. I just repaired my game based on your suggestion and it took longer to repair Get Famous so there was something messy with it. Reloaded my original save file that I was using to check to see if it was across the entire game and definitely the repair worked, Thank you so much. I wish I would have thought of the repair option.
