UK Version: where is other languages?

I am planning to buy The Sims 4, on the website says it have 18 languages, but in the UK only have English. why is this? how to play The Sims 4 in other languages?

@godor99 In order to access all 18 languages, you'd need to buy a copy of Sims 4 from Origin while in a country that offers the global version (Western Europe, the U.S., etc.), or buy a product key for the global version of the base game. In the second case, be careful to read the fine print, as some products claim to be global but really only offer a language-locked version. Your best bet may be to buy a physical boxed copy from a country in Western Europe: this will have a product key inside that you can register in Origin to get the global version.
