Unable to save builds to my library. Corrupt build files will not delete.

I build a lot in Sims 4 and recently I've been unable to save my builds in my library. When I download the file, it never appears in the library. I've found several duplicate and corrupted build files in the library and when I try to delete them, nothing happens. Whats going on? How can I fix this?
