[Under Investigation] Sims 4 gallery issues on console

It's still happening for me on PS4 and PS5.  As before, when I click on View Catalog and back to View Profile, the showcase images appear as well as the comments (though it took a minute for that).  This happened from the Main Menu and then again when I loaded a game save.

I thought I might add that my Gallery profile view on PC glitched for a bit and I couldn't see comments.  I tried switching views but that didn't work.  However, quitting and restarting the game resolved it.  I wasn't sure if it might indicate a larger issue with the Gallery?

EDIT:  I just had the OP's issue appear in my PC game. 

Switching to View Catalog and back to View Profile resolved it.

I wondered if this might just be a lagging problem for me today so I tested to see if it would eventually load if I gave it a little longer. So before I logged off today I opened the Showcase page and left it open. I gave it around 20 minutes and it still made no difference.

Just wanted to let you all know we're investigating this one, and have been able to reproduce the issue internally.

I tested this out on my PS4 Pro and Xbox Series S.  It may seem like a minor issues, but I feel that it is big enough to report.  Plus it won't go away or correct itself in time.  The "profile" page is not loading at all.  Its the page that normally shows your showcased items.  View catalog will allow you to see your catalog, and you can download and upload for the time being.  I tried to wait it out, but it is a glitch that needs to be fixed.  My library and the rest of Gallery seems to be unaffected.  So when you first enter into profile everything is blank and it remains blank.  Please correct this.  Thank you for your time!

This issue is happening to me. I use a PC and I do use CC and mods, However, I took out my mods and CC and the issue did not occur. To find the issue, I have repaired my game multiple times, deleted my cache and resource files and installed the game. However, when I put my cc and mods, the issue is still there.

I am currently using the 50/50 method to locate the issue. However, when I do find the issue, I find another cc is causing the issue to arise as well. It is very frustrating and I have been trying to locate the cc, that is causing this issue to arise, for 1 month now. I know that some CC and mods are causing the issue but all was working well before the patch 1.108.349.1020 was released.

My sister also plays the sims 4 with a PC and cc and mods but her gallery, showcase, catalog and library all work fine. We practically have the same CC and mods.

Not only do my showcase and catalog pages not show my creations, but the gallery does not produce any results. Only my library is unaffected.

I would appreciate it if you could help me solve this issue as I feel unmotivated to play the sims 4 now ☹️
