Yes, you can change your sims' pronouns but you can't remove them altogether. If you use the pronoun option, your sim will have pronouns forever, you can't toggle them back off again if you change your mind later.
Okay so maybe Im misunderstanding this? But what do you mean by removing them altogether? Like having no pronouns at all? That's obviously impossible cause everybody has pronouns....
So it's not that the sim has the wrong pronouns but that they have pronouns at all? If that's the problem then...well, invent a new language I guess? Idk...
I'm talking about the pronouns that appear next to the sims' name, not down in the conversation pop ups or other dialogue.

The issue is that if you give your sim pronouns then decide you don't want to use them after all you can't turn it off, the pronouns stay no matter what. You can change them but you can't turn them back off again.
I don't need pronouns displayed next to the Sim's name in CAS. The game had no problem working out the correct pronouns to use in the past. I see so need for this menu now. It's just more clutter on the screen.
