Veterinary clinics unable to work since business and hobbies update

Since the launch of business and hobbies my veterinary clinics won't get any costumers/patients when I try to work as a vet. Instead the lot get lots of random visitors primarily from the new pack, without any pets accompanying. At one point I had seven visitors except for my main sim on the lot at the same time, none of which were there even with a pet. I have no CC or mods installed and have never had.
