Could you please provide the following information

  • Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
  • Any LastException/LastCrash files in your documents folder. Upload them to either google or oneDrive and post the link here.

I am not using any mods. I am playing on a macbook pro with enough storage a couple DLCs and that is up to date. The game it's self is up to date too. I have played other games on steam and went back to trying to play sims and the issue continued.
