Where do I find Lobster Roll/Haddock Sandwich/Popcorn Shrimps

I have Cats and Dogs and I don't have those foods as options at restaurants or anywhere else?!! Where are these foods?

Is it only in the town that came with cats & dogs?

      Trying it out, but every time I go to that world the huts are closed from rainstorms lol
