why are items missing

I've been going back and forth between clutter and misc trying to find something from the cats and dogs pack. it's a small tray of medical supplies/tools and it's been completely removed from the game. ive heard people talking about not finding some build mode items and this pack item has completely vanished. I PAID for the cats and dogs expansion and for the sims team to take an item that myself and other players had paid for away is insane. this is why I only buy sims 4 packs on sale and in bundles. it's not worth it, especially with this sht going on.
