Why can’t I queue plasma packs?

Every single time I try to load my sims queue with plasma packs they drink one or two then stop. This is infuriating. I’ve closed and opened the game several times. I’m considering just killing off the vampires and just never using them again. EA fix this . Or can someone let me know what I need to do ? Not allowing video so you can’t be held accountable is not going to work …..
