Why is the Analyse Control Panel in Batuu not working?! :(

I've been trying to complete the Forest Flight mission for months and it keeps either giving me the option to practice slicing or giving me a greyed out notice above the analyse panel option with the...

@LilythelostgirlI’ve been having the same problem. I assumed it was because my sim didn’t have the handiness, logic, and programming skill but it wasn’t (I used cheats to max them and it still didn’t work). I repaired my game a couple of times which didn’t work work either. Can someone please find answers? I haven’t found any
