won't connect online/won't open gallery

everytime I try and open my gallery it just loads, it never does anything els. I can't save my sims to my library or to the gallery because of this. I've tried everything. I've reset my computer, my router, I've gone into the game and done what google tells me to do, I've deleted all my mods, etc. nothing is working. 

id really like for my sims to meet and to make a storyline but I cannot do that if my sims isn't working. how do I fix this?
