Woohoo option missing

Hi,

My two sims are married and just had a baby and since then the woohoo option completely disappeared from the pie menus. It doesn't show up when I click on my sim and the bed. 

This is what I've tried so far:

• I reset both of them.
• I removed all my mods.
• I repaired the game.

Sadly, it didn't fix the issue. I'm not sure what to try at this point.
