Pictures broken?

Is it just me or does anybody else have the issue of images aren't working in game? When I go to take a photo on the sims phone or camera it glitches out and goes all weird and the same with the life and death memorial photo stand - when selected a deceased sim the image of them is all really pixilated and what not. Does anybody know of this is a bug or a mod issue and can u help? Thanks!
