Woohoo reset glitch

Every time I try to get my sims to woohoo, they start the interaction, get excited, and then reset before going to do the action. I’ve tried options on all types of objects/types (try for baby, bush, shower, bed, crypt ect.) but they all just reset. I’m on Xbox console so I don’t have any mods installed and I tried deleting my saved data and resetting my Xbox but when I loaded the save back up it still has the glitch.
