Mandatory box that wasn't an obvious mandatory box and took me ages to figure out why I couldn't post. Well done now and probably five others lol - purplestarz2006New Spectator

Same here, they look really bad in my game.
They are supposedly outstanding but look so blurry and pixelated in game.

Edit: no mods no cc in my game, and I have the highest resolution settings.
So, I might be the outlier here, but...my in-game photos have always looked like that, going back to GTW. From a distance, they look fine, but up close they appear pixelated like this. (Large ones always seem to look slightly better, as do ones that are more zoomed in. But the pixelation is there on all of them.) - purplestarz2006New Spectator

Mine look bad from a distance as well and worse zoomed in :(
I'm sure other players have cleaner photos, certainly looked cleaner in some videos before the pack was released. Though I could be very wrong, I can't really find a comparison as most people are posting the screenshot of their photos.
If not and that's how they are intended to look then...wow, that's *beep*
I've been doing some searching trying to find if there's some setting that makes photos appear this way, and apparently there's been discussions about this going back to 2015. Here's one: https://forums.thesims.com/en_us/discussion/838262/still-super-poor-camera-images-quality
And here's another: https://forums.thesims.com/en_us/discussion/846819/not-blurred-but-low-quality-photos-regardless-of-photography-skill
I always assumed it had something to do with a setting or even the game resolution, but I've never been able to figure out what setting it could be. All of my graphic settings are on high or very high, and the only one related to photos is whether or not to capture the UI in your screenshots. - LaBlue0314Rising ScoutWhat skill level is your sim who is taking the pictures? Low-level skills have low quality.

Pics with the tripod aren't suppose to be blurry even if the sim has a level 1 photography skill. Prehaps a bug or maybe the OP has some mods that might be causing the issue. - dianed485New ScoutIf the background is blurry but not your sims them it’s normal though.
Mine weren’t blurry even in the background and I used two cameras (the best BG one and the Moschino one). - Same here, they look really bad in my game.

Exactly how mine look- catloverplayerSeasoned AceI wonder if this could be because of some graphic card issues on certain cards. Probably not though.
