i cant select sims in sims 4

Did you restart your computer after taking mods and custom content out and open a new save to see if that works?  I don’t use mods and CC.  But I think there are a few extra things that those that use them might tell you to do.  Also running a game repair might be one of them,

yes i restarted it... i also repair, reenstalled everything..

Try resetting your sims 4 folder, and testing in a new save game without putting back any of your data in the sims 4 folder and see if the issue remains.
