- Karamazov123Seasoned HotshotOne thing I forgot to mention in the OP, but you guys reminded me of it: I'd love to see an expansion on witch culture. Like witch-exclusive lots, magic schools or classes, witch-related holidays or events (Walpurgisnacht, or WitchCon 2019), a Witches Council, or maybe witch police that try to stop witches from using magic publicly. (Or just gently remind you not to do so, since having NPCs come to ruin your fun might be annoying.)
Luckily, all of these can already be done through player stories and interactions, but it'd be fun to see what the devs come up with. - I'd like a lot of combat spells
I think a combination of Kingdom Hearts III + Final Fantasy XV + The Elder Scrolls Online + Avatar the Last Airbender, and Perhaps Legend of Zelda Breath of the Wild would be my favorite games when it comes to Magic.

Chapter IX • {Working on this Chapter}
Thinking between Mythical Artifacts and another form of magic that isn’t really my taste.
Chapter X • Forbidden Magic
In game I was hoping for kind of like we go out into the worlds and find collectables, Ingredients we go out and find the “Hidden Pages" that we can add to the spell book unlocking the last Chapter, “Forbidden Magic." These Pages were written by the most powerful Sorcerers of Medieval Times, but then they hid them, because this magic was too dangerous. Do you dare put the pieces back together?
Extraction of Hearts - Carefully, Phase your hand into the chest cavity of victim, grabbing hold of the Heart, Finally pluck the heart, like an apple.
Once the Heart is removed, the Victim's personality will start to shift. Slowly not being able to feel, only knowing what they are, Heartless.
Congratulations! you now have a puppet to control, as long as you possess their heart. Careful not to squeeze the Heart too hard! Or go ahead see what happens to your puppet.
(makes voodoo look like child's play)
Resurrection - I have a few ideas on this. Where you have to steal the Grim Reaper's Scythe and use it to create a rift between life and death. the other option was, building a pentagram, and performing a ritual.
Time Travel - (not sure how this one would work) - Did anyone notice the title of one of the books for sale at the curio shack in the Strangerville pack? Just in case people are avoiding spoilers, I won't mention the title, but it is totally out of place and seems like the kind of hint to witches the gurus love to deny exists.
- Talking to animals!
- I'd like to see a more earthy, Wicca-like witch, but I'm probably in the minority, especially with respect to the younger folks who grew up with Harry Potter. (Not that I don't love HP, too.) Not so much a lifestate as a trait, but a trait that begins at the toddler age. Those with the trait (knowledge handed down over generations) would learn the witchcraft skill more readily and be able to do more with it. Those without the trait could still learn the skill, but their spells would usually result in failure or disaster.
- Necromancy. Summoning rituals... with demons skittering across darkened floors. Gnarled shadows forming into hissing familiars with teeth, claws, and venom. Abandoned, spider-infested ruins dripping mysteries from its ivy and moss covered patina. Ouija boards summoning up forgotten evil. Writhing, woven plaits of sim bodies littering the landscape. Ancient sacrificial altars. And other accoutrements... sounds like my kind of magic.
- Arcane Magic that includes powerful Wizards.
- paradiseplanet27Seasoned NewcomerGive us all the things magic! They should never hold anything back from us, especially not anything magical.
- Abjuration: Dispel magical effects currently ongoing from other spells.
Wards that allow you to resist negative weather effects & thunder.
Banish or expel sims from your location, possibly even the Reaper himself to save sims from death.
Protection from many of the random situations in the game that might go bad like work/school events.
Protection spells to shield yourself from other wizard and witches.
Conjuration: Summon wild critters to pester other sims and dirty the surroundings or butterflies to pretty it up.
Summon your very own familiar animal.
Conjure objects and household appliances randomly, with better/more expensive ones as magical skill grows.
Teleport around the map like with the yoga skill.
Summon sims to your location.
Conjure small imps/fiends/gremlins to cause overall comical destruction in minor ways like breaking objects, sabotaging things...
Divination: Learn sims traits and likes/dislikes if they ever get in.
Basically learn everything there's to know about sims.
Speak with animals.
Learn the future lottery number and win!
Enchantment: Alter the various moods of sims, give temporary bonuses to skills/skill learn rate.
Of course, a classic love spell, and friendship/rivalry ones. Mess up with other sims relationships like taking couples apart.
Domination/Charm spells to take control of other sims and have them do your bidding like be your butler for the day.
Erase the memories of sims via relationship scores resetting.
Evocation: the classic zap zap magic school. Shoot lighting from your fingers to harass/kill sims.
Shoot fireballs for the same purpose and to set things on fire.
Create a magical storm that routinely zaps down sims and wrecks havoc.
Destroy objects with spells like the ones above.
Encase sims on ice blocks like with scientist raygun.
Have wizard duels with other sims via evocation spells like the classic shooting beams that connect until one overpowers the other and blasts the loser away.
Necromancy: Bring the deceased back to life, also able to use it on urns.
Ideally one would also be able to create zombies from the deceased, however this would require well... a Zombie lifestate. Though maybe it could just be cosmetic and temporary...
Extend your own lifespan (days) and actually become younger again like reverting from Elder to Young Adult. This is one of my favorite necromancy related things, would love if it had a "cost" as in stealing/sacrificing the life force of other sims, much like the Cowplant only gives you a youth serum if you lead other sims to it to be eaten.
Heal (yes in some games like old D&D healing spells were necromancy as they also manipulated life and death) sickness and disease, cure sims so that they don't die.
Summon ghosts, and control them to harass and spook other sims.
Dominate vampires to do your bidding, as they are undead.
Better use of the skeleton from Jungle Adventure! Create your own skeletal minion and have it be a servant or a permanent sim! Come on, nothing says necromancy like skeleton minions!
Transmutation: Able to change physical aspects of sims such as making them fatter, fitter or thinner akin to scientist serums, either willingly or forcefully as "curses".
Also curse them into toads or other slimy and nasty creatures like in Sims 3.
Ideally there would be transmutation spells to change you into whatever occult they add, but seeing as we only have vamps and plants so far barring aliens...
Alter objects into other ones like with the scientist raygun.
Animate objects so they automatically perform functions like the classic broom cleaning the house by itself.
Alter the weather to your desires, such as making it cloudy, rainy, sunny...
Flight: Give your sims wings or just have them fly without them or a broom! I don't care if it's just the house and the area around it, I want to fly!
I'd also like a spell to make sims bigger or smaller but I doubt it will be made due to animation issues...
I don't think this will get in, but here goes: change your apperance/look to that of a sim you know or is close to you, temporarily.
I'm probably one of the few who enjoys witches with different alignment like good and evil ones, but I understand some players would rather be able to cast all spells and look the way they want with no restrictions.
This is why I'd like if we could customize our witch appearances like with vampires dark forms or use spells to change form, so we can be the classic evil green witch with pointy nose, a hideously deformed witch corrupted from all the dark magic they cast, or just a conventionally average looking witch etc
I don't really care for wands, it'd be nice if they were a choice or enhanced magic rather than being a necessity to cast spells.
Different incantations in simlish are a must for casting spells!

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RzS0exgr2kI&t=16s - OneAdorkableGirlNew SpectatorI feel they've already done the Harry Potter Witches. But I want the ability to be able to make whatever witches, we'd like. Traditional, Modern, Harry Potter, Charmed like, East Wick, East End, Sabrina, etc, etc.
I want options. To be able to have powers come from their hands, but also have the option to use a wand, if players would like to.
I want magical witches that can be born as a witch; and grow into their powers. Toddlers having small little powers like being able to summon a teddy bear, or other plushie friend. Or levitate objects, and if their parents see them doing magic, can have them drop the object and giggle.
Children would start to have their powers become a bit more powers, but they wouldn't reach their most powerful until Young Adult hood. But this doesn't mean that children and teenager wouldn't have powers, they just might not be as strong.
I want them to be able to conjure fire from their hands, or water, or to have vines come to life, or ... death.. (To make it more known that an evil witch is present).
I want good, bad, neutral witches. (Like white magic, dark magic).
I could go on and on about things that I'd love to see them bring with Witches. It's my favorite Occult ♥
