Q&A: Royalty & Legacy

#AD (just in case this counts as social media)

I was invited to join the CFE (not final build) opportunity for The Sims 4: Royalty & Legacy. Thank you to the EA Creator Network for this chance to answer questions for you about the pack!

I will be taking and answering mainly questions about gameplay - Skills/Traits/Aspirations/Career/Venues/Systems/Collections/Lore - and anything else you guys want to know about!

I did test with ALL PACKS in as I believe this is yet another pack with cross-compatibility possibilities related to the various systems. (Please Note: Testing with other packs in is unsupported before regular Early Access, so may be extra buggy.)

Testing was/will continue to be done on a mix of fresh CAS Sims and premades, to see lore and experience different levels if they are present.

Format will be similar to past Q&As where I have links to each subject and add more info to each based on questions asked and as I discover things through gameplay. I can't start posting right away this time due to the embargo, but will be continuing to take notes/screenshots and will post info when I can.

P.S. - I have a Creator Code, so if you find my Q&A useful you might consider it as an option at checkout. I don’t think i’ve seen this answered yet but it’s about the servants. In the trailer, i think it only showed one servant, is this true? Or are you able to have multiple? And do they function like butlers or is it scheduled service?

How many ideals are there for dynasties?
What are the reward traits for dynasties?
How many royal interactions you have as a nobel?
Is the nobel career paid?

Is pulling Simscaliber from the stone allowed only once per save, so only one Simscaliber sword can ever exist in a save and only one sim can ever be made king/queen from it?
I would assume that the glass slippers, kissing frogs, interacting with the magic mirror, and the Anansi's well trials can all be done multiple times by different sims, but I wonder about Simscaliber's replayability - I would love to have it replayable again in the same save!

The world map has a lot icon I don’t recognize. Is there a new lot type besides backroom lot? If not, what kind of lot is the market?
We can adopt adults does that override their original parents? Can you adopt your spouse’s secret baby?
do any of the lots have water access or are waterfront?

Hello! Thank you for this Q&A! I'm curious about the following :
Will Simcalibur be a collectible sword Sims can actually use in duels? Does it have special perks compared to other swords and can it be made a heirloom? Can you increase your Sim's chances to pull Simcalibur from the stone or is the success rate completely random?
Will the Laurent family from Tartosa be connected to the Thebe family tree from Verdemar? Are the Laurents set as nobility or a dynasty if the EP is installed? Is there any new lore about the Laurent family?
Who was Princess Cordelia's final boyfriend/husband from whom Cordelia's V descends?
