So apparently several Game Changers went to Redwood City for Sims Camp on the 4th and 5th of this month. However, it doesn’t appear any information from that camp has been released. Do you guys know when the embargo will be lifted?

Sims camp seemed very hush hush this year. It’s kind of weird.

Yeah, there was no word about it, then suddenly they were there, but aside from a few tweets none of them really posted much about it. Last year most of them were tweeting like crazy, and putting up YouTube vlogs.

Is there even an embargo on stating when the embargo is lifted? I feel like we should know by now when to expect the floodgates to open.

You would think at least one game changer would give a date. All I can think is that the gamechangers are being held to a really specific and strict contract.

I absolutely agree on this one! And I'm very sceptical when it comes to the repetitiveness of the gameplay in Discover University... I was so excited for Island Living and I got bored with it after a week. :s

I believe Maxis Monthly is scheduled for Tuesday. Right before the end of the stream today someone in the background stated Tuesday. If that is true, then I would think the embargo on gameplay features being shown to us via the Game Changers will be lifted on that day. But we do not know how long the Maxis Monthly will be, which would give us some clues as to how large the update is, or how many changes/bug fixes are in it.

I really want to learn & actually understand how this pack works. The livestream didn't help much. Still, I'm very excited for this pack!

I am really excited for the let's plays as well, especially since I am going to be working 12 days in a row starting Sunday and I won't be able to play when DU comes out. The let's plays will help to keep me sane until I get a day off.

I don't think they'll get Early Access until the patch drops, so this embargo is for Sims Camp footage.
