Missing packs on my account

hi, i have been playing sims4 for over half a year now an i really liked it, until now, i opened my game and it threw me out, logged me out, when i tried to log in my sims4 game was deleted, all my packs were not there. i have spend over 300 euros on this game just for it to log me out and i simply cant contact them to give me back my money or fix my account, because 300 euros if not a small number of money, i wasnt banned because i was not playing online, i have all proof that i have payed them so they can give me back all my money they simply stole.

    Apologies for any concern here! Fortunately, this isn't the result of any content being deleted or removed, but rather just a matter of logging into a different account. 

    It looks like the EA account you're posting with now is essentially brand new, so since you had played Sims 4 in the past that would have been under a different account. If you check your account page here under the Payment and Wallet > Order history section, you'll be able to see the purchases you've made on a particular account.

    If you have another account or email you may have used in the past, please try signing in with that instead. If there's an email you can no longer access or can't recall which other account may have been used, please contact support directly so they can help track that down with the info you do have.

  • Hi, i tried to log in with all 3 different email’s i have but non worked. I have proof that i had those packs, i will upload it within this reply, but i can’t find in payment or history order purchase that i purchase anything. I can send you all screenshots of bank purchases that took my money away and also all packs that i had. I can’t send one more photo of payment i made because i reached the limit of sending the pictures. And I apologise that it’s not in English my bank account because it’s in Slovenian.

  • Hi again,

    i restarted my macbook twice and when i went in the app there were all my packs. I apologise for being mean when all i needed to do was restart my MacBook since it’s probably my computer problem.
