Mine is 21 sim days, and that's due to each season IRL being 3 months long - I'm trying to translate how long 3 real life months feels into the sims, and I've come up with 21 days.Also, as 21 is divisible by 7 and 3 it works out nicely for me, as each week can represent a month and also each season will begin on the same day on the calendar, which I like.How long ideally would seasons be for you?

Not sure yet, but I know FOR SURE that 7 days of a season is too short for my style! Also Forgotten Hollow will be in winter forever I think, it just fits nicely... OR maybe FH should be forever in storm lol I think that's possible with the weather machine!

It’s going to vary by save for me, it really depends on what lifespan I’m using in each save. I think I might have to do some math myself, and use MCC (once updated) to customize my Sims ages. I want them to be able to fully enjoy each season in each age group.

I play on long life and if I leave the season length at 7 days, it means toddlers (28 days) will be a toddler for exactly one full year and see each season as a toddler. Children (52) would get very close to two years and see each season twice. Same with teens. Ya and adults (96) would each get about 3 and half years and elders (40 plus) would get a little more then one more year. This would work and make sense, but I’m worried that 7 days is going to go too fast. I might have to extend the length of seasons but turn aging off every here and there to keep the sims around longer. It’ll be interesting to see what the options are.Ideally I wish we could choose the lifespan of the sims and the seasons so we could work it out as we’d like. I’d like to have spring last 10 days, summer 14, fall 10 and winter 20 (as winter is the longest season usually) and adjust my sims life span so toddlers would get one year, children 3, teens 3, ya 3.5, adults 4 to 5, and elders 2 years.

I have 18 households in my rotation at the moment, I'll reduce it a bit for Seasons, and since I plan to do one rotation = one year, I'll probably choose 28 days per season.I'll make it longer/shorter depending on how many households are in my rotation.

Probably 14 days for me. Maybe longer. I want to have time to celebrate a holiday each season, or more than one, and still have time for my sims to do all their normal stuff. But I guess I'll see once I have it in my control how long I really like each season being.

I think that's possible with the weather machine!

That would remind me of the Goth's house in The Sims Bustin' out :D

Or like th OP said, 21 days would probably be a nice pace for me where 1 week = 1 month. I might try that out.

Besides the timing of 21 days, it's also nice holiday-wise, as special holidays don't come around that often IRL - having them set at 21 days leaves a nice game between them.

I'd set it to a number that's not multiples of 7. For instance 15 days per season instead of 14 days so that every season starts on a different day of the week.

This was possible in TS3 but I don't know if it's going to be possible in TS4.
