Wth is wrong with the jobs in the University expansion pack?

Twice two different sims have graduated from university. One just graduated with honors in psychology. This is supposed to help boost her career in education but bot sims are always starting at level one! This seems like a complete waste of time and money that I spent on this game. I have been waiting for this pack to come does anyone know how to fix it?
  • The high level jobs are different entries when getting a new job than the low level positions. The low level jobs are still available so if you've entered at entry level position you didn't pick the high level jobs entry. For instance if a degree allows you to become a professor, you get a job entry for professor and one for the entry level education position.

I don’t see that though. I only see one option in the education tab and that is level one. Is there somewhere different that I have to go to see this?
  • Yeah there should be a "Professor" entry in the job list in addition to the "education" entry. It's always worked for my graduates. Maybe there's a mod conflict going on?

Did you wait long enough for your Sim to receive their graduation certificate in their personal inventory? It's takes a little while. The game won't consider them officially graduated until they've received their degree, and therefore the higher level jobs/careers won't be available until then also.
  • The game sended lots of university certificates to the neighboors in addition to the ones send to the graduated Sim house. :# and those certificates are hard to delete. I didn't knew the certificates where useful I deleted them all :D
  • @silkydreamgirl10 @loubyloulou ooh ok thanks for the heads up. I got scared for a second lol

No I don’t even know how to use mods
  • I actually found the job thanks everyone! I thought it would be in the education tab but it was actually under “professor” completely different from sims 3
