    Kava is a mild hallucinogen and restricted to Young Adults and older. This is the intended design. Nice try you naughty teens! =P

Oh, so that's why... My sims's neighbors brought them kava as welcome snack, but my sim is a teen... guess the neighbors didn't know either, lol
